1. Services

OnlyGrowth provides organic growth for social media accounts through two core methods:

• Boostify: An automation method where we perform actions on your account using your login credentials and two-factor authentication (2FA).
• King Method: A non-credential-based method. You provide a folder of content, and we use it to create "fan accounts" that drive traffic to your main profile.

Both methods leverage our proprietary software and hardware (including real phone devices) to simulate human-like behavior and drive growth.

2. Responsibility and Risk

While we take precautions and continuously optimize our methods, you use our services at your own risk. Social media platforms may change their policies at any time. As such, we cannot guarantee permanent access or performance.

OnlyGrowth is not liable for:

• Account suspensions, bans, or restrictions issued by social media platforms.
• Loss of access to accounts due to client-side errors or changes in platform policy.
• Data loss caused by third parties or platform disruptions.

3. Data and Privacy

We treat your data with the utmost care. OnlyGrowth complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Boostify requires temporary access to your account credentials, stored securely with encryption.
• King Method does not require any login credentials.
• We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, unless legally obligated.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

• Payments are processed via Stripe.
• All services are prepaid.
• No refunds are issued unless otherwise agreed.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but unused time will not be refunded.

5. Use of Services

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You have authorization to manage the social media account in question.
• You understand that OnlyGrowth is a growth tool, not a guaranteed result provider.
• You acknowledge that performance depends on external factors beyond our control (e.g., content quality, platform algorithms, market demand).

Misuse of our systems may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, text, visuals, and service materials are owned by or licensed to OnlyGrowth. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our service without prior written consent.

7. Changes

OnlyGrowth reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or your account dashboard. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
